Orchard Park, Windom, & Hillcrest Firefighters responded on 4/16/22 at 0354 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Southwestern Blvd. at Eye Care Vision Associates.

Police were on location reporting an active fire. Windom 9 went on location reporting a working fire with heavy smoke from the roof and fire showing from the 3/4 corner with an exposure problem on the #3 side. Command reported fire in an electrical room.

Armor, Scranton, Woodlawn, & Newton Abbott responded as mutual aid to the scene.

The fire was reported out in 1 hour 31 minutes.
