Buffalo Firefighters responded on 6/28/20 at 0657 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Lester St. with possible entrapment.
B-46 reported heavy smoke enroute and B-56 requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene. B-46 went on location with heavy smoke showing throughout the building and exposure problems on the #2 and #4 sides with the #4 side exposure involved. B-56 requested the balance of the 2nd alarm. Command heavy fire in the attic and through the roof & ordered all companies out of the main fire building for defensive operations.
The fire was placed under control in 46 minutes.
