Buffalo Firefighters responded on 9/4/17 at 1443 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Bogardus St.
Ladder 15 reported heavy smoke showing from quarters. Engine 28 went on location with heavy smoke showing from a 2 story house with an exposure problem on the #4 side. B-46 requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene. Ladder 14 reported heavy fire in the rear. B-46 reported extension into the exposure and requested the balance of the 2nd alarm. B-56 reported water problems and requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene and then requested the balance of the 3rd alarm to the scene. Command further reported a partial collapse of the exposure building and ordered all crews out for defensive operations.
The fire was placed under control in 66 minutes.
